Requests for simple and generalized civic access (according to Legislative Decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013) and requests for documentary access (according to arts. 22 ff. of the Law n. 241 of 1990) are to be sent by PEC/email/registered letter (also hand-delivered).
Access requests are regulated by the Regulations of the University, containing "Regolamento in materia di accesso ai documenti amministrativi ai sensi della Legge n. 241/1990, accesso civico e accesso civico generalizzato ai sensi del D.lgs. n. 33/2013" and published on the institutional website of the Politecnico, together with its relative forms, available at the following link https://www.polito.it/amministrazione-trasparente/altri-contenuti/accesso-civico/accesso-civico
